Peach Crisp

Peach Crisp Gluten-free

You’ll need:

🍑  About 2 lbs peaches
🍑  3/4 cup organic sugar
🍑  3/4 cup gluten free flour
🍑  1 stick salted butter
🍑  1/2 tsp ground cardamom
🍑  HumYum Caramel Sauce

Organic Peaches

1. Preheat your oven to 375*
2. Combine all dry ingredients
3. Cut butter into small chunks and mix into dry ingredients with a pastry knife until resembles coarse breadcrumbs, set in fridge
4. Cut the peaches. Remove the pits, take the skin off and quarter each half
5. Place all the peaches in an 8” or 9” pie dish and cover evenly with crumble topping
6. Bake for 40 minutes or until top starts to brown
7. Eat with your favorite ice cream and plenty of caramel sauce.
